CAPABLE ("we", "our", or "us") is a personal fitness coaching app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
• Health & fitness data: steps, water intake, calorie tracking, and food logs that you voluntarily enter.
• Camera: used only if you choose to upload a profile photo. We do not store images on our servers without your action.
• Device sensors: step count data via the device pedometer (Apple Health / Google Fit), only when you grant permission.
• Push notification token: to send you daily reminders and coaching updates.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise your coaching programme.
• To track your fitness progress and display it to your coach.
• To send you reminders and notifications you have opted into.
• To process subscription payments.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Your coach – to review your progress.
• Stripe – for payment processing.
• Expo (Notifications) – to deliver push notifications.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
